The majority of these meals will always be plant-based & gluten-free. However, by selecting what you do eat we can provide a few other options to increase your variety. Your combination of meals will change each week depending on the Menu for that week.

If you choose to subscribe to this Mis bag please note that subscriptions have a minimum of two weeks' delivery, after that, you can cancel at any time. Please note that 7 days notice is needed to cancel a subscription (ie you need to cancel a week before your delivery arrives)
