Crafted in-house with care, our Apricot & Ginger Jam is made from Victorian-grown apricots, gently simmered with sugar, fresh lemon juice, fresh ginger, and a whole lot of love. The result? A beautifully balanced jam with the perfect blend of sweet, tangy, and subtly spiced ginger flavour. 

Spread it on warm toast, swirl it through creamy yoghurt, dollop it over pancakes, or enjoy it as a delightful accompaniment to cheese boards and desserts.

Made in small batches to ensure rich, authentic flavour in every spoonful.
